Boston Beer Company in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania seeks a Lead Quality Technician for the night shift (6pm-6am) at the Samuel Adams Brewery. You will oversee night-shift QA activities across packaging, chemistry, and microbiology, coaching technicians and ensuring quality standards are met.
You will drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot deviations, update SOPs, and participate in GMP audits while partnering with Brewing and Packaging to ensure proper release or hold of products.
