Real Estate Agent – The Beth Samberg Team Pay Range

This role offers a pay range of $75,000.00/yr – $/yr, based on skills and experience.

The Beth Samberg Team gives new agents a proven launch path with hands‑on training, daily structure, live coaching, accountability, and in‑house operational support so you can learn the right way from the start.

You will be surrounded by experienced agents and leaders who will help you move from “just licensed” to “producing and confident” faster than if you were on your own. In addition to skill development and production systems, our platform also includes opportunities for revenue share, health benefits, vesting, and investing – so you can build both income and long‑term wealth as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities
  • Complete new‑agent launch and training curriculum – gain foundational skills, scripts, and systems to start producing quickly and with confidence.
  • Execute team lead generation systems weekly – learn to create pipeline early by following a structured, repeatable prospecting plan.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers under supervision – shadow and then apply conversations, buyer agreements, and listing consultations in the field.
  • Host open houses and team events – use open houses and community events to generate leads and practice client communication.
  • Use team technology and checklists – work inside our tools and task plans to stay organized, compliant, and consistent.
  • Participate in team training and coaching rhythm – attend script practice, weekly coaching, workshops, and team calls to accelerate skill growth.
  • Support negotiation and contract process with guidance – assist with offer drafting and review while learning how to protect clients and win deals.
Qualifications
  • Newly licensed or within first 12 months of licensure.
  • Strong communicator with high drive and coachability.
  • Excited to prospect, learn scripts, and improve fast.
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable following a plan.
  • Growth‑minded and open to feedback.
  • Able to work in person for training, coaching, and team sessions.
  • Ambitious, hungry to build a career – not just hold a license.
