- Conduct property tours, process applications, and manage lease signings to ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement marketing plans and assess market conditions affecting occupancy
- Organize and execute marketing events and programs to drive traffic to the property
- Maintain property standards by inspecting show units and ensuring they are ready for prospective residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and prospects
- Basic mathematical skills for processing sales conversions
- Valid driver’s license required for driving a golf cart on property
- Previous experience in property management or leasing
- Familiarity with property management software applications
- Proficiency in internet marketing and advertising techniques
- Experience in conducting community outreach and networking events
- Ability to adapt sales strategies to meet varying market conditions
