We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Benchling experience (In Vivo or Core) to support R&D digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with scientists and IT teams to translate research workflows into scalable configurations within Benchling.

• Gather and document requirements for in vivo studies or R&D workflows.
• Support Benchling configuration (schemas, templates, workflows, registry, inventory).
• Create user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and validate solutions.
• Partner with scientists, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Assist with data model definitions, data migration, and integration-related activities.

• 5+ years as a BA in Life Sciences R&D
• Based out of PA and able to travel to the office 3 days/week
• Experience with Benchling In Vivo or Benchling Core (Registry, Notebook, Inventory)
• Strong understanding of experimental or in vivo workflows
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with API-driven integrations
• Exposure to scientific data standards or FAIR principles
• Familiarity with animal study workflows (dosing, groups, observations, biometrics)
