--0 [Kitchen Manager] As a Cook Supervisor at Morningstar Living, you'll:
Conduct daily culinary services meetings with main kitchen culinary staff, HC, and PC supervisors;
Perform daily walk-throughs of production coolers for out-of-date products, leftover utilization, and proper labeling and dating procedures are being followed;
Enforce standards of service & proper uniforms of Direct Reports;
Train new Direct Reports;
Correctly and accurately fill out HACCP logs, follow production reports and follow standardized recipes to produce menu items in correct portions and amounts.
