Job Summary

The Cook is a key member of the restaurant team responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to guests, ensuring every traveler is safe and satisfied.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
• Handle grill cook tasks, including setting up broiler, fryer, and grill stations according to line check sheets, preparing products to guest specifications and following plate presentation guides
• Complete prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist sheets
• Practice safe food handling and storage, waste control procedures, and follow safety guidelines, reporting potentially unsafe situations caused by team members or customers
• Maintain equipment per operating standards
• Prioritize work based on restaurant and guest needs
• Build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co‑workers
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
