• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.
• Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line.
• Normal and deep cleaning of inside/outside of ovens, inside/outside of hoods.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms and trash dock. This includes but is not limited to china, glassware, silverware, trash cans, trash dumpsters, pots & pans.
• Ensure the proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils before, during and after the restaurant hours of operation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Backstage Cafe area including stocking dishes, food items, napkins, cups, etc.
• Ensure all assignments are completed each shift.
• Ensure the EDR is swept, mopped and clear of clutter.
• Will work special events, as needed.
• Other duties, as needed.

• Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Have workable knowledge of dishwashing, proper sanitation.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
