About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate order delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a food service role is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
