We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cook to join our team at Amaryllis Nursing and Rehab Center in Smethport, Pennsylvania. • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks for our patients and residents, including specialized diets such as therapeutic diets and modified diets

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Assist with menu planning and ordering of food and supplies

• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all dietary needs are met and that patients and residents receive exceptional care

• Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
