Position Overview

We have an opening for full‑time and part‑time LINE SERVER (EXPO STATION) positions.

Location: Longwood Gardens – 1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full and part‑time; days and hours may vary. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required. More details will be provided during interview.

Requirements: At least two years of restaurant line expeditor experience.

Perks: Shift premium pay for evening and weekend hours; free staff meals and parking; staff discount.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.

• Provides quality customer service by providing one‑on‑one attention to detail.
• Participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures. Delivers food items to and from main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables.
• The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
