• Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to established menus and recipes, ensuring high-quality food service to our residents
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen areas, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and staff, ensuring complete satisfaction with our food service

• High School diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree or certification preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a food service or culinary role; long-term care or healthcare experience a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
