Location: Coraopolis
Bistro Server / Cook (AM Shift)
The Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport is seeking a dependable and energetic Bistro Server/Cook to provide exceptional guest service during our breakfast operation.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to brand standards
- Take guest orders and operate the POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the Bistro, kitchen, and dining areas
- Wash dishes and complete daily opening and cleaning duties
- Stock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable attendance and weekend availability required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
This is a hands-on position requiring cooking, serving, cleaning, and overall ownership of the Bistro experience during the morning shift.
