Key Responsibilities

The Polish Routine:
Transform freshly washed plates, glasses, and silverware from clean to dazzling. If a customer can't check their hair in the reflection of their spoon, your job isn't done!
Speed & Precision:
Maintain high polish standards during the dinner rush without dropping the beat-or the fine china.

Qualifications & Skills

High stamina and a hustle-hard mindset during peak hours.
An Eye for Detail:
Zero tolerance for water spots, smudges, or rogue fingerprints.
