Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking FULL-TIME Kitchen Prep Cooks (Kitchen Team Members) for culinary food service worker positions in the Back of House..

Our Team Members must be caring, friendly, and have a genuine heart to serve others. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. This Back of House Kitchen Prep Cook position includes working in the kitchen, prepping and cooking food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.

Attention to detail and warm hospitality make a difference in all areas of our restaurant.

• Full-Time
• Daytime or Closing Shifts
• Must have Friday and Saturday Availability (We are closed on Sundays)

• Be a friendly, encouraging team player with a positive attitude
• Work in all areas of the kitchen
• Cook and prepare food
• Share in other kitchen duties such as dishwashing and cleaning
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Follow quality assurance and food safety procedures

Upper management and leadership growth opportunities available including Trainer, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Manager and Director positions.

• Genuinely friendly and caring
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Ability to do rigorous work, including standing for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
