The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible work hours.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Perform store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills.

Working Conditions:

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate store equipment, and to stand, kneel, and climb ladders.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
