The primary purpose of this job is to load U‑boats, move U‑boats to aisles, unload cases, open cases, carry cases to shelves, stock, straighten, and rotate shelves.

• At the start of the shift review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• Use a stool to reach upper shelves as needed.
• Verify and change prices with a scanner and label maker.
• Re‑merchandise end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and perform resets.
• Inspect shelves, replenish them, and verify or adjust counts with a scanner.
• Flatten cartons, stack them on a U‑boat, push the U‑boat to the bailer, and load cardboard into the bailer.
• Clean shelving and fixtures according to company guidelines.
• Communicate with customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Meet company performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools required for the job.

• Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull (static): 20 lbs.
