Job Description
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. RSMs live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, serving as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus, immersing themselves in meaningful connections with customers and building new and deepening existing relationships.
Their expertise in uncovering customer needs and passion for educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions is essential.
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
- Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including unique accessories and emerging Internet‑of‑Things (IoT) devices.
- Make sure your store is always at its best.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
- Show how our ever‑expanding coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods, providing a lightning‑fast LTE network.
- Explain how plans and services allow customers to live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
- Redefine wireless by handling device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems, and reference resources.
Cross‑Channel Collaboration- Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success.

- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full‑time (45 hours) availability
