• Effectively prepare and arrange product for photos, accurately representing items.

• Follow process instructions for taking specific merchandise photos.

• Research product information online.
• Create product descriptions, proofread, correct mistakes, and update information.
• Post products on the Click Goodwill website, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and spelling.
• Follow process instructions for writing merchandise descriptions.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Meet and surpass hourly production quotas.
• Cross‑train in other areas to build skill base and value within the department.

• Research product accuracy online.
• Assess accuracy of titles, check for relevant keywords, and organize them logically, ensuring correct spelling.
• Follow all process instructions to assess quality and acceptability.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
• Meet and surpass hourly production quotas.
• Cross‑train in other areas to build skill base and value within the department.

• No degree requirement; value ability to learn and apply experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment with focus on process, safety, and quality.
• Online merchandising aptitude: arrange creative displays, analyze trends, and improve displays.
• Photography ability with an Android device or digital camera.
• Informed decision‑making: analyze data, compare sources, and take action based on facts.
• Communication skills: articulate thoughts orally, in writing, and digitally; take good notes.
• Teamwork: collaborate and contribute to team outputs.
• Ethical behavior and adherence to procedures.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
