Responsibilities- Welcome customers with greetings and top‑tier service.
- Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications safely, fast and friendly.
- Mentor and coach staff to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
- Monitor inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen and dining areas.
- Ability to multitask, repeatedly bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
