This role provides a flexible schedule to support Prime Now customers. You will shop our store for everyday goods, preparing orders for delivery and pickup. We need Team Members who can work Saturdays and Sundays; nights, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

$17.00/hr - $25.40/hr

• Work schedule given up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts 4-8 hours long.

• Comfort using handheld mobile devices to fulfill orders.
• Finish online orders efficiently, accurately and with urgency.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring product and order accuracy.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk 6+ hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours, sitting 1-4 hours during an 8‑hour shift.
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Motion: bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Temperature exposure: 90°F.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Use of tools and equipment such as box cutters, electric pallet jacks, heavy machinery.
• May require ladder use.

New entry‑level Team Members who complete their first 90 days may be eligible for a base rate increase.
