Inside Sales & Retail Specialist

Stoltzfus Feed & Supply is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Retail Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a strong sales mindset, and takes pride in maintaining an engaging retail environment.

Assist customers in-store with product selection and recommendations

Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system
Provide dedicated, one-on-one customer service and build relationships

Support retail operations, including stocking and merchandising
Help redesign and maintain end caps to highlight products and drive sales

Contribute creative ideas to promote products and improve the in-store experience

Positive attitude and excitement to come to work each day

Strong communication and customer service skills

Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to think creatively and take initiative in a retail setting

Team player willing to jump in where needed
