The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone.

• Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized store

• At least 1 year food service leadership experience
• Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management
• Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Your own transportation
• The ability to work up to 6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Able to clearly communicate with customers

• Successful Store Managers will be eligible for promotion and pay raise.

Most Cold Stone Creamery stores are owned and operated by independent franchisee operators. These franchisees, who want to be in business for themselves but not by themselves, are independent employers which means they exclusively: (i) recruit, hire, train, and manage their own employees, (ii) set their own employment policies and procedures, and (iii) handle all matters of employment at their store.

Franchisor does not control employment matters and does not employ those working at franchised restaurants.
