Business Development Representative

This Business Development Representative (BDR) position at SS Industries is a full‑time role that focuses on generating new business within the construction industry. The base pay range for this position is $30.00/hr – $32.00/hr, with additional pay based on skills and experience. This opportunity places you at the forefront of a leading manufacturer of spiral stair products, part of the MBP Group, offering high‑quality building products to North America.

• Proactively identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
• Nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel, aligning with the sales team.
• Contribute to developing and implementing market expansion strategies.
• Identify and understand client needs to propose suitable building‑material solutions.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in calling and appointment‑setting, preferably in a B2B building‑products environment.
• Goal‑oriented and focused.
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence.
• Experience with CRM software;
  Salesforce preferred.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
