Responsibilities:

• Provide daily order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery support to our outside sales force and customers.
• Serve as the first line of support for 4–5 field salesmen, managing communications via email.
• Quote customers, ship products, verify orders, and handle invoicing using Excel, Outlook, and the operating system SAGE MAS
  90.
• Coordinate LTL shipments and prepare BOLs.
• Maintain high productivity in a fast‑paced, email‑centric environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in inside sales or shipping coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience setting up LTL shipments and working with BOLs.
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with SAGE MAS
  90.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
