What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and supervise the sales administration team responsible for estimation, contract processing, and sales documentation
  • Oversee preparation and accuracy of sales quotations and proposals, ensuring all specifications and drawings are reviewed
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and project teams to clarify technical details related to quotes and contracts
  • Train and develop sales administration staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and report on key sales administration metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support or sales administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and technical documentation
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales quoting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
