Our client is a dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical company with a strong presence across Switzerland and Europe. Focused on improving patient outcomes through advanced therapies and personalized solutions, the company is expanding its commercial team in Switzerland.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Luzern region and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Tailor solutions for clients based on their needs and the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory to deliver seamless client support.
  • Negotiate agreements and oversee the full sales process from first contact to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report regularly on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at medical congresses, professional events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
  • Established network in the Swiss healthcare sector is a strong asset.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written);
    French is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; advanced education is a plus.
