We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d)Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Luzern region and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Tailor solutions for clients based on their needs and the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory to deliver seamless client support.
- Negotiate agreements and oversee the full sales process from first contact to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report regularly on market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at medical congresses, professional events, and networking opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
- Established network in the Swiss healthcare sector is a strong asset.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written);
French is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; advanced education is a plus.
