National Sales Manager - Baseball/Softball
Tucci Limited is a fast‑growing, premium baseball and softball brand built on performance, craftsmanship, and authenticity. As we scale our Diamond Division, we are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across team, retail, and DTC channels and help shape the next phase of the brand.
This role blends hands‑on sales execution, channel strategy, forecasting, and sports marketing partnerships. It is ideal for a proven team‑sports sales professional with strong direct‑to‑team experience who is ready to take on broader ownership and national responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Direct ownership of revenue growth across the entire Diamond Division
- Lead national sales execution across team/program, specialty retail, and DTC‑supported channels, with team sales as the core focus
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and revenue reporting
- Develop and execute channel‑specific sales strategies, including pricing, promotional programs, and SKU focus
- Design and implement sales programs that drive growth, improve mix, and increase profitability
- Sports Marketing & Strategic Partnerships: build and manage relationships with teams, programs, athletes, and influencers that support demand creation and sales velocity
- Identify, prospect, and close new accounts while expanding existing national relationships
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform sales strategy, territory priorities, and product positioning
- Represent Tucci Limited at tournaments, trade shows, grassroots events, and key industry moments
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align go‑to‑market execution and product launches
- Support sales enablement efforts, including best practices, tools, and training as the organization grows
- 3–7+ years of sales experience, preferably in baseball or softball (team‑sports sporting goods experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success building and managing team relationships at the travel ball, high school, or collegiate levels
- Existing network of teams, coaches, or organizations within the baseball ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the purchase cycle for teams across categories (equipment, gear, accessories, apparel, etc.)
- Knowledge of the competitive baseball landscape and what drives brand adoption at the team level
- Relationship‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high‑growth environment
- Experience with forecasting, program development, and account growth
- Willingness to travel nationally to support accounts, partners, and events
