Oncology Account Executive

An established diagnostics organization is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join its Oncology Solutions team. This role is focused on driving growth and adoption of advanced testing solutions within the oncology space. You will engage with healthcare providers, academic institutions, and community-based practices to deliver critical insights that support personalized cancer care.

• Cultivate and close new business opportunities in an assigned territory.
• Build strong, multi-disciplinary relationships with healthcare providers to drive utilization of oncology testing solutions.
• Lead efforts to integrate advanced diagnostics into clinical workflows and digital health platforms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across medical, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing client support.
• Deliver educational presentations, secure clinical meetings, and serve as a trusted subject matter expert.
• Attend relevant conferences and events to maintain awareness and establish relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure full compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology, biotech, diagnostics, or laboratory sales.
• Proven track record of launching new products or services and influencing clinical decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of molecular and precision medicine concepts preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

This is a field-based role with travel throughout designated regions.
