Job Responsibilities
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory
  • Lead the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective marketing plans and engage with partners
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and address unique inquiries with tailored solutions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or identity security
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales activities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
  • Familiarity with competitive products and services in the identity security space
  • Experience leading virtual teams to achieve sales goals
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and execution
  • Ability to create and present compelling sales proposals
