• Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household.
• Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and drive follow-through.
• Cross-sell and upsell with precision using your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both small talk and closing.
• Solid time management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English is required.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875 - $1,200 per week.
