We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a position in Monongahela, PA.
Job Duties- Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.
- Confirm processing costs and orders; track and expedite sales as required.
- Dispatch customer orders when ready; locate trucks, ship and track customer orders.
- Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, in-office position.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years related inside sales experience.
- ERP / CRM software experience.
- Industrial, manufacturing, or construction background preferred.
- Purchasing, order entry, and expediting.
- Comfortable making cold calls, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detail #ZRPB.
