For our growing team in Romania, we are looking for a Product Specialist Digital Solutions

• Sales support (incl. support in demonstrations) and customer advice for CLAAS digital product and services.
• Close collaboration and support of Romanian sales partner network.
• Organization and implementation of marketing events and field days.
• Preparation and conduction of sales trainings.
• Localization of sales, marketing and training material.
• Definition of market requirements for product development.
• Close collaboration with the departments sales, marketing, academy, after sales, pricing, controlling at CLAAS Romania.
• Participation in global projects.

• Bachelor / Master / Agriculture or Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
• Experience in agricultural machinery sales or precision farming.
• Passioned about digitalization, automation and autonomy.
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness and resilience.
• Structured, independent and proactive working style in team.
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP.
• Flexibility / willingness to travel frequently (also for several days).
• Fluent Romanian and English language.
