At DAS, an MCE Company, we’re growing – and we’re hiring an Inside Sales Rep to help us grow even further!

The Inside Sales Support Associate is a critical business partner for our most complex customers and the unique variables that these customers require. In addition to understanding and executing customer‑specific requirements, the Inside Sales Specialists work in partnership with the sales team to ensure we meet the customers’ needs.

• Quote and order processing.
• Direct customer communication – inbound and outbound.
• Monitor ordering for on‑time delivery based on agreed customer expectations.
• Partnership with Sales Team to ensure long‑term account planning activities.
• Technical consultation.
• Forecasting of inventory purchases.
• Vendor Managed Inventory reviews.
• Engagement with Engineering Solutions as needed.

• High School Diploma or beyond.
• 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
• Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM Knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of customer success or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of fluid power systems.
• Fluid power systems training/certifications.
• Knowledge of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) industry.
