• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Drive sales growth by offering tools of the trade to the construction industry.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and robotics operations teams.
• Travel frequently to conduct product demos, meet prospects, and represent the company at conferences and events across the United States.

• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Technical comfort and interest in high‑tech products.
• Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, and equipment sales is preferred.

This role requires work in an equipment testing facility with potential safety hazards. Appropriate safety precautions, drug testing, and compliance policies are mandatory.
