- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through the buying process
- Become an expert in our vehicles, features, and tech to deliver standout presentations and demos
- Create lifelong customers through follow-ups, referrals, and top-tier service
- Grow your sales skillset—overcome objections, refine your approach, and improve close ratios
- Partner with Sales Managers to hit monthly goals, track performance, and plan events
- Bring energy and enthusiasm every day to exceed dealership sales objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience (automotive preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
