• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealer and consumer accounts
• Execute regular call cadence and conduct virtual product meetings to explore revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with field sellers to support site visits, demos, and training needs
• Manage lead qualification and follow up on all marketing-generated leads
• Generate customer quotes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Inside Sales experience for B2B and/or B2C
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

• Experience with Concur and running iCube reports or similar systems
• Self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and openness to feedback
• Ability to interact effectively with all functional areas and organizational levels
