• Base pay: $18/hr plus commission and performance-based incentives
• Unlimited earning potential – competitive commission structure
• Potential to earn up to $60,000 in first year; top performers $70,000–$90,000

• Promote Rite Window’s high-quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations highlighting premium products and expert installation services.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
• Use this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management.

• 1‑2+ years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• A self‑starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others.
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed.
• Availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
