JOB PURPOSE:As a New Home Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales of new homes within an assigned community, with monthly sales targets. You will oversee the entire home buying process to ensure an exceptional customer experience, manage on‑site administrative tasks, and the activities of Sales Assistants. Collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing will be essential in generating walk‑in traffic, developing lead conversion strategies, and ongoing professional development.
Please note that this role requires model coverage every weekend. Typical schedule for New Home Sales Consultant is Thursday through Monday OR Saturday through Wednesday.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Duties and Responsibilities- Greet all prospective buyers
- Demonstrate model home and provide information on home features
- Provide information regarding community and surrounding area
- Ensure model home site is well maintained and presentable
- Assist customer with selection of home site, home plan, and structural options
- Prepare all contracts and addenda accurately
- Liaison with production team to assure planning and execution of building process
- Follow up with back log of prospective buyers
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Manage CRM and report weekly traffic
- Perform other duties assigned by management

- Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Sales Marketing, or equivalent to five years of experience in New Home Sales; or combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in new home sales preferred but not required
- PA Real Estate License or willingness to obtain

Preferred model coverage:
