Counter Sales Representative; Fulltime - Gilbertsville, PA

We currently have a need for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative in our Gilbertsville, PA store. The Inside Sales Representative will assist customers using their general knowledge of building material sales, POS sales, strong interpersonal skills, and basic computer experience.

• Assist customers by taking orders and accommodating special orders.
• Ensure customer order accuracy by working closely with purchasing to verify order specifications before finalizing order with vendor.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Build customer rapport.
• Provide customers with value-added solutions/products.
• Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customer objectives.
• Assist customers in loading their product into their vehicle.
• Learn and maintain knowledge on products available.
• Present a neat and professional image.
• Assist in keeping facility secure.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Seasonal Requirement:
  Assist with snow removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.

• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squatting.
• Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
