Territory Manager – Medical Device Sales

Base salary 60,000 USD per year with commission and bonuses that may bring total OTE to 110,000 – 160,000 USD
.

Territory: Indiana – must live within the territory.

Travel: 3 overnight trips per week.

Responsibilities:

• Sell medical equipment designed for aesthetic applications.
• Identify and onboard new clients, including clinics and medical centers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct product presentations and client education sessions.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Support transactions from initial offer through delivery.

Requirements:

• 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in a sales‑driven environment.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident public speaker with presentation experience.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for healthcare innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
