Your mission
As a Telesales Representative, you will be part of the core team building our new child and youth services division in Switzerland. You will not be working in an existing, well‑established market, but will actively help shape how we tap into, position, and develop this area.
You will conduct meaningful telephone conversations, listen carefully, and understand the challenges faced by professionals in child and youth welfare. The goal is to generate interest in our digital solutions, build trust, and develop qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with sales and marketing and actively contribute to the successful development of this new market.
What you will do- Phone-based outreach to organizations and institutions in the field of child and youth services
- Building initial contacts and long‑term relationships with relevant contacts
- Needs‑based conversation management and clear explanation of our modern, AI‑based software solutions
- Qualifying prospects and developing sales opportunities
- Following up on inquiries and leads from marketing campaigns
- Structured maintenance and documentation of all contacts and activities in the CRM system (Hub Spot)
- Close collaboration with the sales team, marketing, and the product organization during market entry
- Contributing feedback from customer conversations on market needs, objections, and potential
- Supporting the further development of sales arguments and go‑to‑market approaches
- Assisting with administrative tasks in the sales environment
- Several years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or phone‑based B2B sales
- Strong enjoyment of phone‑based outreach and consultative conversations
- High level of empathy and sensitivity when dealing with complex and demanding topics
- Very good communication skills and an authentic, trustworthy manner
- Interest in software products that require explanation and in complex topics
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Persistence and motivation to actively help build a new business area
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Industry knowledge in child and youth services is a plus, but not required
