Location: Indiana

A leading global enterprise SaaS provider in the procurement and supply chain transformation space is seeking a high-calibre Senior Account Executive to drive new business across Switzerland.

This is a true hunter role
, focused on winning complex, high-value enterprise customers and helping them modernise critical procurement and supply chain processes through innovative digital platforms.

The Role

You will own the full new-business lifecycle across Switzerland, targeting large enterprise organisations and building trusted relationships at C-suite and senior leadership level. You will be responsible for developing pipeline, leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing strategic deals that transform how organisations operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net-new enterprise revenue across the Swiss market.
  • Identify, qualify and close complex, multi-year SaaS opportunities.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, IT and transformation functions.
  • Articulate value around digital transformation, automation and platform modernisation.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with solutions consultants, marketing and leadership to win strategic accounts.
Required Experience
  • Must be based in Switzerland.
  • Native-level German or French with professional English.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-grade SaaS deals
    .
  • Demonstrable success selling procurement, supply chain or adjacent enterprise platforms
    .
  • Deep understanding of complex digital transformation programmes and long-cycle consultative selling.
  • Experience navigating large buying committees and multi-threaded deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a history of exceeding quota.
