As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs, educate them on available solutions, and help them select the best HVAC systems and services for their homes.

You'll guide customers through the entire sales process, from consultation and proposal creation to closing the sale and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with qualified leads
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized HVAC and home comfort solutions
• Present proposals and financing options
• Educate customers on equipment, products, and maintenance programs
• Manage the sales process from initial appointment through installation
• Follow up on proposals, leads, and customer inquiries
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Address technical, financial, and service-related objections professionally
• Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Participate in community events, trade shows, referral programs, and other business development activities
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Previous in-home sales experience required
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Associate Degree or Technical Degree
• HVAC, home services, remodeling, or residential sales experience
• Experience with consultative selling methodologies
