Parts Support Rep

Location: Burgettstown

Major Responsibilities/

Activities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Create quotes based on customer requests.

Enter orders based on Quotes, into internal systems with speed and accuracy and verify all details, including product information, pricing, and customer data.

Collaborate with other depts to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, changes, shipments and cancellations.

Monitor order status and follow up on back orders, shipping delays and special requests.

Support administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Basic understanding of Hörmann technology.

Ability to recommend product solutions to customer needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with order management software, Salesforce & Sap knowledge would be a plus.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or related field; equivalent experience will be considered

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

Ability to Type, preferably using the home row.

Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.

Ability to work in an office environment where the noise level may be heavy ong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
