Automotive Salesperson

Overview

PERFORMANCE KIA is expanding their Sales Team. Voted Best Car Dealership to Work For in NEPA for 7 years running. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join our successful sales team.

Experience is preferred but not necessary; we provide training. We have a proven track record of training top talent and offer an energetic, positive work environment with a ton of traffic and a strong work-life balance.

• Sells new or pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and vans on the premises of the vehicle sales establishment by performing duties including greeting customers, determining vehicle make/type/quality, explaining features, and demonstrating operation of vehicles.
• Suggests optional equipment for customers and computes quotes including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and financing requirements.
• Prepares sales slips or contracts and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles; researches availability of models and equipment using a computer database.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Excellent presentation, technical capacity, customer focus, and personal effectiveness/credibility.
• Full-time availability with typical hours:
  Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; additional evening hours may be required.
• Travel up to 75% if on the Titanium Impact Sales Team; otherwise no travel anticipated.
