As the Club Coordinator, you will own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for your facility. You’ll work with each potential client to understand their background, goals, and motivations, building trust and identifying solutions that help each customer realize a healthier life. The role includes managing day‑to‑day tasks, welcoming guests and members, selling memberships and training services, and leading staff to work cohesively.

It requires self‑motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and positive influence.

• Membership + training sales – qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members.
• Brand promoters – establish relationships with community businesses and influencers, coordinate B2B marketing, engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
• Team builders – inspire team members to foster a trusting, positive environment that members and guests want to engage with.
• Day‑to‑day operations – run reports, cleaning, and other club operations tasks as needed.
• Culture creators – deliver top‑notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet.

• Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but strong communication and soft skills are essential.
• 18 years or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm.
• Genuine and honest.
• Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Technologically savvy.
• Self‑motivated.
• Good at managing time and schedules.

Staffed hours are 10 am‑7 pm Monday through Thursday and 10 am‑3 pm Friday. Pay scale is based on hourly wage plus commission and bonus. Compensation: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour.
