Sales Team Member

Audi Sewickley is hiring a Sales Professional. We’re building our sales team and are open to candidates with or without dealership experience. We will teach you the Audi lineup, the sales process, and the paperwork. What we’re looking for is someone who connects easily with people and follows through.

This role is built around personal video and social media. Every lead receives a video response from you: a walk around of the vehicle they inquired about, or a brief introduction so they know who they’re working with. You’ll use social media to stay visible and develop your own repeat and referral business. Comfort on camera matters more than polish. Training is provided, and no prior production experience is required.

You’ll work with customers in the showroom and on the lot, identify what they’re looking for, present the right vehicles, conduct test drives, and prepare purchase and lease documentation alongside our finance team. You’ll stay in contact after delivery, because the long-term relationships are what make this a career rather than a job.

We’re a premier Audi dealership serving the Greater Pittsburgh area and part of the Ken Ganley Auto Group, with roots in this community since 1976. Our sales floor is high volume and our turnover is low. The schedule is defined, Monday through Saturday, with Saturdays ending at 4.
