As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team from our Newmanstown location. This is an opportunity to guide sales strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and help shape the future of our business.
- Drive growth by developing sales and marketing strategies that expand existing accounts and reach new markets.
- Lead and develop the sales team through clear goals, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Partner with Human Resources on hiring and employee development.
- Build lasting customer relationships and support sales representatives in negotiating and closing business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate on product development, pricing, packaging, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage budgets, sales forecasts, territories, and quotas to support profitable growth.
- Work closely with operations and other departments to align customer needs with company priorities.
We're looking for a leader with strong sales and business development skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to motivate a team. Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and relationship-building skills will help you succeed in this role.
You should be comfortable managing budgets, analyzing results, developing employees, and turning strategic goals into action.
