Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales selling precision machined and/or fabricated items built to customer supplied specifications. Must be able to comprehend detailed assembly and manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
Job Duties and Requirements- using sales leads from multiple sources, solicit RFQs from appropriate potential customers
- visit, email, phone contacts as required to develop new customers and maintain existing customers
- follow up on quotations until there is an order or a reason for no order; document reason if there is no order
- document ALL contact with customers or potential customers(visits, emails, ground mails, phone calls), using company provided software and method to be defined at hire
- provide bi-weekly reports to president on all of the previous activities
- all work performed from private office at Compucraft Montgomeryville location
- total salary is base salary plus commission
