Security Guard - PT Weekend Nights at Eagleville Hospital
Hours: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Job SummaryWe’re seeking a reliable Part-Time Security Officer for our weekend night shift to help maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role includes campus patrols, monitoring activity, and supporting clinical staff with safety needs.
Key Responsibilities Campus Safety- Maintain order and enforce hospital rules.
- Patrol campus regularly and secure doors/areas.
- Monitor unfamiliar vehicles or individuals and report concerns.
- Use video surveillance and communication systems effectively.
- Report safety issues or equipment needs to the Security Director.
- Check in/out all visitors using the Visitor App.
- Monitor CCTV within the booth.
- Assist with patient disturbances as directed.
- Support police or parole officers when on‑site.
- Retrieve patient belongings for discharges.
- Conduct patient, unit, or vehicle searches as needed.
- Conduct assigned fire drills and document results.
- Send a shift summary email to the designated mailing list.
